Green entrepreneurship for an ecofavorable Cameroon

An entrepreneur is someone who is willing to start a new enterprise and accepts full responsibilities for the outcome. Green is a product, process or service that the environment benefits and improves in its negative impacts of the existing products, services or processes.

Green entrepreneurship in two words

An entrepreneur is a person who is willing to launch in a new venture or enterprise and accept full responsibility for the outcome. In this context green is a product, service or process that either benefits the environment or reduces the negative environmental impact of existing product, services or processes.

Elements of green entrepreneurship

   The concept of green entrepreneurship therefore interns elements of entrepreneurship such as Innovation, Risk, Brand new business ideas and Ecological environmental engagement of those who do businesses. In a business prospective, much of green is about solving old problems in new ways. Green brings solutions to environmental problems.

Green business, an alternative to deforestation

   In Cameroon, many people burn wood for cooking, the wood produce a lot of smoke and the people can contract a respiratory illness. The wood brings deforestation which has negative impact on the environment. Briquettes can be formed to be a sustainable alternative to firewood: it burns hotter, longer and there is little or no smoke. 1 ton of Briquettes save 25 trees and people have low risks of having respiratory problems.

 

Green entrepreneurship, a passion for an ecofavorable world

Some people decide to make a green business because they have passion for the environment and want to protect it. They see a need for an environmentally friendly solution and work creating a product that fit their need, as professionals of the Center For Communication and Sustainable Development For All, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), the Agency for ecological transition (ADEME). Also some people do green businesses because they have the desire to do something good for the planet, like the Schneider Foundation.

 Low energy consumption and devices: Light Emitting Diodes (LED)

Thanks to their low energy consumption and small size, green businesses have being using them since the 1970s, as indicators and displace on a variety of equipment and installation. Thanks to technological improvement which leads to better efficiency, they have use a number of applications such as car’s light, as a sustainable replacement of light bulbs in houses and offices.

Pavement for an ecofavorable world

      If environmental protection and management could be integrated at the planning stage of any construction process, then appropriate measures could be adopted by green entrepreneurs to avoid and minimize pollution and reduce the environmental impact for construction project.
